数字图书馆建设中的版权问题初探

摘　　要：本文通过对数字图书馆文献资源数字化建设过程中涉及有关版权问题的提出和探讨,着重论述了文献资源数字化涉及的版权问题;数字化作品使用及开发的版权问题;数字图书馆的版权保护,并且针对这一系列问题提出了自己的建议和看法。This article presents the significant point of view on the copyrights related to the method of digitizing the source documentations involved in the course of setting up a ,digital library, it is mainly focus on the copyrights of digitized documentation, copyrights of using and developing of the digitized documentations, copyrights＇ protection of the digital library etc., it also presents the meaningful suggestions and comments on the above mentioned items.
