网络环境下,大学图书馆“学科馆员”制度的完善及深远意义

摘　　要：与公共图书馆和其他科研型图书馆不同,大学图书馆的服务主要是为某一学科的专家和师生,他们对文献信息的要求是专业性强,且与学科相关的交叉性也较强。为此“学科馆员”横空出世;它是为满足专业需求而设立的一项服务;毫无疑问,“学科馆员制”,是大学图书馆发展的一项有力举措。Differs from public library and academic library, university library is mainly to serve the experts, teachers and students that are in certain fields. The requirement to document information from university library is specialty and interaction. Therefore, ＂Subject-librarian＂, a sen＇ice to satisfy specialty, appears and will be an effective measure for library development in university.
