活性染料的清洁染色及废水回用研究

摘　　要：使用纤维素改性剂PECH-amine对棉纤维进行改性,从而提高了活性染料对改性棉织物的染色上染率。另外,所用工艺无需加盐和碱,使改性染色后残液的色度、COD、BOD、pH值等大大降低。Through the modification of cotton fiber using the cellulose modifier PECH-amine, the dye-uptake of reactive dye to the modified cotton knitted fabric can be obviously increased. In addition, the employed technology does not require the application of salt and alkali, and the chrominance, COD value, BOD value and pH value is enormously reduced in the residual liquid after dyeing process.
