摘 要:为观察微丸型复合酶不同添加水平对乳、仔猪生产性能的影响,选取16头母猪所产160头“杜长大”三元杂交乳猪进行Ⅰ(16 d),Ⅱ(10 d),Ⅲ(35 d)共3期饲养试验.试验设4个处理,每处理4次重复,每重复10头.试验1,2,3组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加150,180和200 g/t微丸型复合酶的日粮,对照组不添加.结果表明:在乳猪诱食的试验Ⅰ期,复合酶的作用不明显;在试验Ⅱ,Ⅲ期,加酶各组与对照组日增重和采食量差异均不显著(P>0.05),但有提高趋势,其中以添加180 g/t复合酶的试验2组最高;试验Ⅱ,Ⅲ期加酶各组的腹泻率比对照组在两个试验期均显著降低(P<0.05).在试验Ⅲ期,试验2,3组血液的血糖、碱性磷酸酶和胰岛素含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),与对照组相比,加酶组的血液尿素氮含量下降,淀粉酶活性上升,但差异未达显著水平(P>0.05).微丸型复合酶对乳猪诱食与生长效果的影响不明显,在仔猪日粮中添加量150 g/t是有效的,但以添加180 g/t更为适宜.The effects of different levels of compound enzyme preparation's (CEP) supplementation on performance and some biochemical parameters of blood of piglets were researched. The feeding trial selected 160 crossbred "Durocx Landracex Yorkshire" piglets from 16 litters to carriy on three phases (16 d, 10 d, and 35 d for phase Ⅰ , Ⅱ ,Ⅲ) of raising experiments. There were four treatments, and every treatment included four replicates of ten. The controlled group was fed basic diet, and experiment group 1, experiment group 2, and experiment group 3 were added enzyme preparation 150 g/t, 180 g/t, and 200 g/t in basic diet respectively. The results showed that the effect of CEP to terapted piglets was not obvious in the first phase; In the second and third phase, ADG and F/G tended to be improved the grolap supplemented with 180 g/t compound enzyme preparation had the highest ADG and lowest F/G than other groups, but there was no significant difference (P〉0.05); Compared to the controlled group, Diarrhea rate of the piglets supplemented with CEP significantly decreased (P〈 0.05); Glucose, alkaline phosphatase, and insulin of blood in experiment group 2 and experiment group 3 were higher than those of the controlled group (P〈0.05), Supplemented CEP decreased urea nitrogen of blood and improved amylase of blood, but there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). The study suggested that dietary CEP's supplementation has no effect on intake and growth for sucking piglets, but for piglets, added enzyme preparation 150 g/t in basic diet could improve performance, and the optimal supplementation level was 180 g/t.
