摘　　要：系统互联有利于资源的优化配置,合理评估系统之间的旋转备用容量有利于经济效益和运行可靠性的提高。综述了针对不同运行条件下确定互联系统旋转备用容量的方法,比较了方法的优缺点,指出了与容量确定相关的考虑因素。Optimal configuration of resources can benefit from system interconnecting, Rational assessment of spinning reserve in interconnectecl systems is useful to improve economic benefits and operating reliability, Several methods of determaining spinning reserves of interconnected systems are presented and compared as well as their advantages and disadvantages. Tne factors with respect to capacity determination are also pointed out.
