摘　　要：采用我国2000年"五普"抽样数据,按照户口、迁移状况将城镇家庭分类,并对其家庭住房状况进行分析研究。研究表明:户口性质、迁移时间和距离是影响中国城镇家庭住房状况的重要因素。这与市场经济国家相似,也反映了转型期中国的独特性,即户籍制度对家庭住房状况有重要影响。The paper classified urban households type and migrating status, and then studied their migrating time and distance are important factors in the transitional China. based on the data from 5th census in 2000 by their registered housing conditions. The research indicates that household type, affecting the housing condition, which is quite unique character in the transitional China.
