摘  要:教育在社会经济的发展中处于优先发展的战略地位,教师教育在教育的发展中处于优先发展的战略地位。目前,世界教师教育改革的潮流浩浩荡荡,国内由传统师范教育向现代教师教育的转型方兴未艾。对于新升高师本科院校来说,如何在高等教育大众化的发展中顺应这个大潮,加强教师教育的基础性地位,在努力推动传统师范教育向现代教师教育转变的过程中,完成自身由专科院校向本科院校的转型,成为了进一步发展所面临的重大课题。The education is given priority to the development of modem social economic, and the teacher's eduction has exclusive priority in the modem eduction's development. Now, the teacher's eduction reform is well under way in today's world, and Chinese pepople is also doing his best to realize the change from the old teacher -training systerm to the modem one .To those new-up teacher's universitty, how to comply with this trend, and how to strengthen the founditional position of the teacher's education in this trend, are their major problems to make luther.
