摘 要:选取某化纤厂车间通风系统,对其风管及设备部件表面附着的聚积物进行实测与燃烧特性分析。通过对所采集样品的C、H、N、S等的元素分析,自然状态下的着火温度、聚积物粒度分布等的实验分析,得到了化纤厂建筑通风系统中聚积物的聚积及燃烧特性的相关数据,明确了系统聚积物的聚积对室内环境污染和火灾发生发展所带来的影响。同时,实验对比分析反映出系统不同位置聚积物各自不同的燃烧特性,并推测系统回风箱内,特别是过滤网等位置更易成为火灾的发生和发展源。To know the accumulation and combustion characteristics in ventilation systems of chemical fiber workshop, a chemical fiber workshop was selected for accumulation investigation on its ventilation system considering the typical industrial and technical characteristics. Two samples from different locations of one ventilation system were obtained and the accumulation and combustion parameters were analysed, such as granularity distributing,ultimate analysis (C,H,N and S), ignition temperature (nature) and so on. It is concluded that the effect of the accumulation in ventilation system on combustion is confirmed concretely when building fire happens. The most possible zone for fire happening in a chemical fiber workshop was indicated by comparing the two samplers in order to better improve indoor environment quality, predict building fire and design fire protection and smoke extraction system.
