摘 要:采用浸渍法以活性炭为载体制备了TiO2/C光催化剂,通过XRD,SEM技术对负载型光催化剂的晶型结构和形貌进行了表征,以苯酚溶液为降解对象,考察了溶液的初始浓度、不同pH、催化剂负载量以及气体流量对负载型二氧化钛光催化降解苯酚溶液过程的影响。结果表明:颗粒上TiO2的晶型为锐钛型和金红石型的混合晶型,纳米TiO2分布均匀。在苯酚初始质量浓度为0ρ=50 mg/L,pH=3,ρ(TiO2)=0.98 mg/mL和υ=382.2 mL/min的实验条件下,经3.0 h的光催化降解反应,苯酚溶液降解率接近95.8%,矿化率达到65.4%。The immobilized TiO2 photocatalyst on activated carbon was prepared by dipping method, the crystal phase and morphology of TiO2/C were investigated by XRD and SEM, and the phenol in water was choiced as objective substance in the study of photocatalysis. The photocatalytic degradation of phenol using TiO2/C was evaluated by various parameters, such as initial concentration of phenol, initial pH value, the TiO2 amount and airflow. The results show that crystal phases of TiO2 on activated carbon were the mixture of anatase and rutile, nano-TiO2 was well-distributed; based on the following experimental conditions: ρ0 = 50 mg/L, pH = 3 ,ρ(TiO2 ) =0. 098 g and u=382.2 mL/min, nearly 95.8% phenol concentration was degraded and the removal TOC was reached 65.4%after 3.0 h reaction.
