循环流化床锅炉气固两相流动特性的试验研究

摘　　要：对影响循环流化床气固两相流动特性的因素进行了试验研究。结果表明,在循环流化床内存在着两个界限很明显的区域:下部的密相区和上部的快速区;在快速区内部分颗粒均匀地悬浮在上升气流中,另一部分形成颗粒团,它在循环流化床内作剧烈的上下运动,使床内颗粒浓度分布比较均匀;循环流化床内,床层密度在底部较大,风速增加,床层密度下降。In this paper the experimental study is aimed at the factors which are related to the hydrodynamic characteristics of gas-solid. The result shows that there are two regions in circulating fluidized bed （CFB）. The dense phase region at the lower part and the fast fluidization region at the upper part. There are clusters of particles in the fast fluidization region moving violemly up and down, which make the solid concentration of the bed column comparatively homogeneous.
