对普通高校女生篮球选项课考试前学生惧怕心理的分析

摘　　要：通过问卷调查,课堂观察以及走访调查中,发现在考试前2—3周的体育课堂教学当中,相当一部分女生对即将来临的考试产生惧怕心理。因恐惧所造成的错误动作,直接影响了课堂教学及后来考试的质量和效果。针对这些负面的心理反应,采用一些得当的教学方法和手段,有针对性帮助学生克服障碍,避免错误动作的产生。这无疑对提高学生体育课成绩和女生篮球选项课教学质量具有重要意义。By means of questionnaires, the classroom teaching and interviews we discovered that a certain part of girl students had the fear psychology in the 2--3weeks before the coming examinatiom in the course of PE classroom teaching. The wrong actions caused by the fear psychology directly influenced the classroom teaching and the quality and result of the coming examination. In view of these negative psychological reactions we should use the proper teaching methods and means to help these girl students overcome the mental handicap in order to avoid the wrong actions. This undoubtedly has the significance to improve the girl students＇PE examination results and the teaching quality of the elective course women basketball.
