摘　　要：近年来,全国各地的公安机关正在逐步推行社区警务的改革工作,这是一项实现社会治安良性发展的系统工程,具有重要的实践意义和时代意义。但社区警务的改革并非一蹴而就,在其深化的过程中,势必存在着诸多制约我国社区警务发展的问题。因此,有必要仔细分析产生这些问题的原因并构想相应的解决对策,从而促进我国社区警务改革的顺利发展。Today, public security organs are carrying out the community policing reformation step by step all over the country. It＇s a systematic engineering of great significance which could realize the benign development of peace order. However, the community poling reformation couldn＇t be accomplished in an action. There will be many problems restricting the development of community policing in our country in the process of reformation deepening. Therefore, it＇s necessary for us to analyze the main reasons and assume the effective countermeasures in order to promote the well -off development of community policing in our country.
