腰椎间盘突出症“三联疗法”与影像区域定位

摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗的方法及其适应证与影像学区域定位的相关因素。方法回顾性分析375例采用“三联疗法”(手法推拿按摩、电脑程控多方位牵引和脱水疗法)治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照胡有谷的影像区域定位分类,并比较分析其中转手术治疗的12例术中结果。结果a)“三联疗法”治愈率90.9%,总有效率为96.2%;b)治愈组中a域为70.7%,b域为20.2%。有效组中a域为1.6%,b域为3.7%,c域为0,d域为0。无效组中c域为2.1%,d域为1.6%,转手术治疗组中术中证实c域为66.7%,d域为33.3%。结论a)“三联疗法”治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果满意;b)腰椎间盘突出证“三联疗法”适应证为腰椎间盘突出位于a域和b域。Objective To investigate the conservative treatment of the herniation of lumbar disc and its adaptability syndrome and to study its imaging localization. Methods Review and analyze 375 cases in this series treated with the united three ways （massage by hand, many directions drawn by computer program-controlled and dehydration therapy） of the hernition of lumbar disc. According to the image localization of Hu Yougu＇s, the cases were divided into different groups. Compare and analyze the results of 12 cases after treating with operation. Results a）the restore health rate of treatment of united three ways is 90.9%, total efficacious rate is 96.2%. b）the rate of a-area of the group of restore health is 70.7%, b-area is 20.2%. The rate of a-area of the group of efficacious is 1.6% ,b-area is 3.7%, c-area and d-area is 0. The rate of c-area of the group of no avail is 2.1%, d-area is 1.6%. The rate of c-area of the group treated with operation is 66.7%, d area is 33.3%. Conclusion a）The treatment of united three ways of the herniation of lumbar disc is satisfied, b）adaptability syndrome of the treatment of united three ways of the herniation of lumbar disc is the lumbar disc herniated at a-area or b-area.
