桡动脉置管在危重患儿监护中的应用

摘　　要：总结了20例危重新生儿应用桡动脉置管的体会。桡动脉置管为新生儿的有创血压监测及采集血标本创造了重要的条件,为重症监护及抢救提供了临床指导。桡动脉置管前做好Allens′试验,置管后保持其固定通畅,预防感染及出血,加强肢体血运的观察及患儿疾病本身并发症的观察。新生儿有创监护的护理中要多观察尽量少接触,减少人为的感染几率,减少并发症发生是置管成功的关键。In the paper the authors summarize the experience of applying radical artery cannulation in critically-ill newborns. Radial artery cannulation supplies important conditions for monitoring blood pressure of newborns and collecting blood samples as well as clinical guidance for intensive care and rescue. Before radial artery cannulation, Allen＇s test was performed. After cannulation, the cannula was kept unblocked, infection and hemorrhage were prevented and observation of blood circulation of lower limbs and complications of newborns was strengthened. During nursing the monitored newborns with traumas, contact to them should be reduced and observation to them strengthened so as to reduce infections and complications, which are the key to the smooth cannulation.
