摘　　要：民间音乐作品作为人类社会的共同财富和宝贵资源,必须予以适当的法律保护。经过对不同法律保护模式的分析和比较,以著作权方式对民间音乐作品实施保护无疑应是现阶段一种务实而明智的选择。From the viewpoint of contemporary aesthetics, the writer proposed that the beauty of music was between the visible and invisible. He criticized the traditional conception that recognized only visible beauty of music, which lost the original beauty of the music.
