摘　　要：通过对现有网络中的信息存在的安全问题及JCE优点的分析,提出基于JCE的加密解密方案,论文阐述该方案实现的原理和基本结构,并且给出完整的程序设计.测试结果表明了该方法的可行性和有效性.According to research of the current issues in the network - related information security and advantages of JCE, an advanced scheme for encryption and decryption based on JCE is proposed. The paper describes the principal and architecture, and provides a completed programming solution. Moreover, a detailed simulating experiment demonstrates the feasibility and efficiency of the methodology.
