摘 要:目前,我国公路项目大多注重建设成本的管理,忽视工程后期的维护、运行等费用,同时在工程建设实践中,环境成本和社会成本等隐性成本得不到应有的重视,这往往导致成本超支,给业主带来了巨大经济负担和损失.本文首先介绍了全生命周期成本的概念及其发展,然后以公路建设为例,给出了公路建设项目的成本模型以及对公路维护阶段生命周期成本作了分析与研究.For pavement project, set costs are always paid great attention while the costs, such as maintain cost and operation cost etc. , are always ignored. At the same time, in the construction practice recessive cost, such as environmental cost and social cost, etc. cant be attached to the importance. This often causes the overspend cost, which has brought enormous financial burden to the owner. This paper gives the concept of life cycle cost and its development, then, explains how to carry on the cost analysis to the pavement project through the analytical method of the cost of the total life cycle.
