摘　　要：文章在分析了网管的实际需要及其自身特点的基础之上,提出一种基于Softswitch的统一网管系统,该系统能够很好地实现在一个开放、灵活、具有高度可扩展性的网管平台上对不同类型的设备、不同种类的业务进行管理,然后具体讨论了系统使用协议,设计总体结构模型、以及网元层管理的关键技术。Based on analyzing the features and requirements of network management, this paper presents a network management system based on Softswitch. The system realizes the information management function to various devices and various operations on the open, flexible, and scalable network management platform. Furthermore, we discuss the system protocol, the design of the architecture of the system and the function of each module. The last the key technologies of EML is described.
