摘 要:本文研究了在5GPa、1400℃-1700℃条件下,在CBN-A1N烧结体的体系中,氮化铝(AIN)对CBN整体烧结体的影响。在此烧结条件下,整体烧结得到的CBN烧结体的硬度、形貌、新生成物质相与温度有着很大关系。实验表明:在1600℃以上,能得到性能较好的烧结体,烧结过程中没有CBN向hBN逆转化的产生。同时,本实验还从烧结工艺角度,分析了影响整体烧结性能的几种因素,并就如何提高整体烧结的性能,提出了改进建议。The effect of AIN on the solid sintering of CBN - AlN composites at the 5GPa and 1400℃- 1700℃ has been studied in this paper. At the sintering condition, the hardness, appearance, producing phase and mechanical characteristics of the solid sintering system of CBN - AlN composites are obviously different, varying with the sintering temperature. The experimental results have indicated excellent character such as high hardness above 1600℃, and shown that there hadn' t a conversion of CBN into hBN. At the same time, some factors which effect the character of the solid sintering of CBN - AlN composites have been analyzed, and some suggestions have been also given about how to improve the character of the solid sintered system in this paper.
