摘　　要：归纳总结了我国地震应急与救援的主要进展和存在的主要问题,提出10条地震应急与救援的发展启示及展望。The paper summarizes the main progresses and identifies the problems in the development of earthquake emergency management in China, and some suggestions for the future work inthis field have been put forward.
