摘 要:大鼠腹腔注射D-半乳糖,并同时注射鹅膏蕈胺酸(IBO)于双侧脑Meynert基底核建立AD动物模型,石杉碱甲作阳性药物对照组,用免疫组织化学染色法检测脑内β-APP蛋白的表达水平.手术阳性对照组、中药大剂量组和中药小剂量组大鼠脑内β-APP表达水平均低于AD模型组(P<0.05).中药剂量越大,β-APP蛋白表达越低.实验结果证明养寿丹可以降低脑内β-APP表达水平.This study is carried out to find out the effect of Yangshoudan on the expression of β-APP in rat's brain with Alzheimer's disease (AD). The AD animal model was achieved by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose and injection with ibotenic acid (IBO) in both sides of the basal Ganglia of meynert in rat brain. Huperzine A was used as positive pharmaceutic control. The expression of β-APP in the brain was detected by immunohistochemical staining. It showed that the expression levels of β-APP in the surgery group, high-dose-yangshoudan treated group and low-dose-yangshoudan treated group were distinctly lower than that in the AD model group. And higher dose of Yangshoudan results in lower expression of β-APP. It indicated that Yangshoudan could down regulate the expression of β-APP in the brain.
