摘 要:以钢厂烟尘、碳酸锰矿和铁屑为原料,经同时浸出、初步除杂、复盐沉淀深度净化、共沉淀和铁氧体工艺等过程,制备出锰锌软磁铁氧体产品。实验结果表明,Fe、Mn和Zn的浸出率分别为88.61%、96.20%和85.85%。在温度90℃、时间1.0h、溶液pH=3.5和氟化铵过量2.0倍的条件下,Ca^2+和Mg^2+去除率的平均值分别为92.98%及89.95%。复盐沉淀的优化夸件为游离硫酸铵浓度2.0-2.5mol/L,溶液pH=1.5-2.5,室温和沉淀时间1.0-1.5h。共沉淀粉中主成分和杂质成分的含量分别为Fe43.3%、Mn12.89%、Zn3.38%、Ca0.041%、Mg0.078%、Al0.029%、Si0.012%、Cu0.0016%、Pb0.0043%、Cd0.00018%。铁氧体产品的磁性能接近日本TDK公司PC30指标。Mn-Zn soft ferrite was prepared from steel plant dust, manganese carbonate ore and scrap iron by the reaction of simultaneous leaching, primary purification, deep-purification, co-precipitation and ferrite technology. The experimental results demonstrate that the leaching rate of Fe, Mn and Zn are 88.61%, 96.20% and 85.85%, respectively. Conditions of fluorination precipitation process for the removal of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ are as following: the consume weight of NH4F is as 2.0 times as theoretic consume, precipitation time is 1.0 h, reaction temperature is 90℃ and the value of pH is 3.5. Under these conditions, the average removal rate of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ are 92.98% and 89.95%. The key factors of double salt precipitation process are the excess concentration of (NH4)2SO4 and pH value of the solution. Conditions of double salt precipitation process are as follows, the value of pH is 1.5-2.5, the excess concentration of (NH4)2SO4 is 2.0-2.5 mol/L, the precipitation time is 1.0-1.5 h and the reaction temperature is room temperature. In co-precipitation powders, the contents of main elements and impurity elements are Fe 43.3%, Mn 12.89%, Zn 3.38%, Ca 0.041%, Mg 0.078%, Al 0.029%, Si 0.012%, Cu 0.0016%, Pb 0.0043% and Cd 0.00018%, respectively. The property of Mn-Zn soft ferrite gained from steel plant dust approaches to that of TDK PC30.
