摘 要:针对A32,A36船板开发过程中遇到钢中夹杂偏多、宽冷弯不合格、厚度出格问题,从冶炼和轧制两方面找出了主因,采取了大转炉冶炼、LF精炼、调整轧制温度及轧制道次等有效措施,A32,A36船板开发得到成功,同时通过中国、德国、挪威、法国、美国、日本和英国七国船级社的认可。Aiming at the problems in the development of A32, A36 hull plate such as impurity, unqualified cold bending and thickness off specification, main causation has been found during steel smelting and rolling. And effective measures such as converter smelting, LF refining, adjusting rolling temperature, and rolling passes have been adapted which cause the development of A32, A36 hull plate successfully. At the same time,they have got the society approval of CCS,GL,DNV, BV,ABS,NK and LR.
