摘  要:水力加砂压裂是低渗透油气田的重要增产措施,由于地质和生产制度原因造成压裂气井回流出砂,危及安全生产,掩埋射孔井段,影响气井产出。研究认为:地层两向水平应力差值的大小是控制压裂缝宽窄的地质因素,因应力差值大形成的“短而宽”压裂缝闭合速度慢,返排压裂液时支撑剂未被裂缝夹住,填充层顶部支撑剂易被流体携带出砂。频繁开关井激动井底,生产制度过大,突破气井出砂临界生产压差使压裂缝中砂拱松散而被流体带出。决定支撑剂回流的临界参数有裂缝闭合应力,油气开采所施加的流体动力及裂缝宽度。Water power's adding sand to fracturing is low permeate the oil spirit farmland of the importance boost production measure, resulting in to press the fracturing well reflux sand because of the geology and the production system reason, endangering the safety production, burying to perforted interval, the influence Gas well produce. Multifarious switch Gas well concussion well bottom , produced system to lead greatly, break through the Gas well sanding critical production pressure differential bring about the sand arch of fracturing sew relaxed take out with the fluido The critical parameter deciding to oproppant reflux fracture shut to stress,the fluid motive and the fracture width that the oil spirt exert when mine.
