摘　　要：目前油气田开发项目经济评价常用指标是内部收益率、净现值及投资回收期,其中内部收益率为主要指标,净现值及投资回收期作为辅助参考。这种评判和优选开发方案的方法属于单目标决策,其做法存在弊端。本文以油气田开发理论和实践为依据,建立了一种应用于油气田开发方案优选的灰色关联分析方法。具体实例的计算表明,此方法简单,结果可靠,弥补了单一指标优选的不足,为决策者选择方案提供了依据。For the moment the indices of economic evaluation on oilfield development item in common are internal rate of return,net present value and pay back period,among them internal rate of return is the primary index,net present value and pay back period are subsidiary indices. This method with regard to evaluating and choosing development project belongs to single target decision, which has a good deal abuse. This paper brings forward a grey correlation analysis method applied to choose oilfield development project,which is based upon oilfield development theories and practice. The calculation of a idiographic example indicates that this method is simple and credible,which offsets the shortage brought about by single index selection and offers the gist for the decision maker.
