摘　　要：目的研究胸腰椎骨折的AF内固定治疗。方法在C臂机引导下采用AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折22例。结果22例压缩椎体高度完全恢复,4例部分瘫痪的患者术前症状基本消失。结论AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折具有效果确切、可靠,操作简单,创伤小等优点。Objective To find a pattern for surgical thoracolumbar vertebra fracture by using atlas fixator （AF） internal fixation system, Methods Twenty -two patients with thoracolumbar vertebra fractures were treated by internal fixation operation using AF system, Results Twenty-two patients with compressed vertebvral bodies fractures were completely recovery. The clinical syndrome of four cases with thoracolumbar spinal cord injures disappeared after AF operation. Conclusion AF internal system is an effective method for treating thoracolumbar vertebra fracture and it has good response, simple operation and minimally invasion.
