摘　　要：在低温条件下，测定了６个苜蓿品种子叶期幼苗体内游离脯氨酸的含量。结果表明，游离脯氨酸量的累积，对子叶期幼苗有保护作用。The content of free proline in six different Alfalfa seedlings at cotyledon age was tested at low temperature. The results are: the accumulation of free proline provides a protection for seedlings at cotyledon age. The accumulative ability of free proline is negatively correlated with the frost resistance of the seedlings..
