摘 要:利用RAPD技术研究了多涅茨尾孢虫4个种群的遗传多样性.多涅茨尾孢虫的3个采样点是重庆市沙坪坝区、江津县和大足县;选取一种碘泡虫为外群,采自大足县.用筛选出的3个随机引物扩增基因组DNA.实验结果表明,种群间存在一定的变异,遗传距离在0.24~0.40之间,而与异种的一种碘泡虫的遗传距离可达0.51.通过对多涅茨尾孢虫4个种群的RAPD结果分析,认为RAPD技术可用于粘孢子虫近缘属间的系统发育关系分析.The random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique was applied to assess the genetic diversity among four stocks of Henneguya doneci, and the Myxobolus sp. was employed as the outgroup. The samples of H. doneci were collected from Shapingba District, Dazu County, and Jiangjin County in Chongqing, and M. sp. was from Dazu County. Genomes of them were amplified with three random primers. The RAPD data showed that the genetic distance among the four populations of H. doneci ranged from 0.24 to 0.40, and the genetic distance between H. doneci and M. sp. was 0.45 -0.51. The applicability of RAPD to systematic studies of the Myxosporea species and closely related genera was highly appreciated although with some limitations.
