中国在经济转型期的政府经济政策的博弈分析

摘　　要：政府的经济决策是在与各种市场经济主体(主要是地方政府,企业和公众)相互制衡、相互约束的条件下所做出的。政府在制定经济决策时应充当好这样一个角色:把自己定位为博弈棋局的主体,充分考虑到对手的反应,主动调整经济政策。在与其它市场经济主体的博弈中,政府应当以一种全新的视角来关注经济政策的运行及其实行的效果,使我国的经济社会沿着健康发展的轨道迅速前进。The government＇ s economic policy - making is carried out by the reciprocal restraint among various market economic subjects （mainly the local governments, the enterprises and the public people）. When the government prepares to make an economic policy, they should serve as such a role as to localize itself as one of the subjects in the chess game, fully considering the response of other rivals, actively adjusting its economic policy. In the game with other market economic subjects, what the government should do is to concern the operation of economic policies and their results in a brand - new perspective, so that China＇ s economic society will advance along the trail of development at a fast r speed.
