摘　　要：当代欧洲社会党在指导思想和理论基础上放弃了科学社会主义,转向了伦理社会主义。伦理社会主义的核心是民主和自由,它的基本价值观是自由、公正和互助等。欧洲民主社会主义模式是伦理社会主义及其价值观的实践形式,其实质是社会党在资本主义制度下实行渐进改良。The contemporary European Social - Party gives up scientific socialism as the guiding ideology and theoretical basis, and turns, at the same time, to ethical socialism. The core of ethical socialism is democracy and freedom, its basic values are freedom, fair and cooperation, etc. The European democratic socialist pattern is the practical form of ethical socialism and its values, its essence being that the socialist- party advances the improvement gradually under the capitalist system.
