无脑儿肝脏的组织学观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨无脑儿肝脏结构的变化,为畸形胎儿肝脏发育研究提供形态学方面的资料。方法:用HE染色,通过光学显微镜观察无脑儿肝脏结构。结果:无脑儿肝脏的肝细胞和肝血窦出现异常。结论:胎儿神经系统的发育与肝脏的发育有一定联系。Purpose： To discuss the structural difference of liver between the anencephaly fetus and the normal fetus, and to supply the morphological date for the study of liver development in malformation fetus. Method： To dissect and draw materials in ordinary way, Stained by hematoxylin - eosin,observe the liver structures of anencephaly fetus under the light microscope. Result： the abnormal development of some hepatocytes and hepatic sinusoid was induced by the abnormal development of nervous system of anencephaly fetus. Conclusion： the development of nervous system has some relations with the develooment of liver in fetus.
