中医肝脏生理病理的现代实验研究述评

摘　　要：本文从中西医对肝脏的认识、常见肝病的病机与辨证、肝病的实验研究及其展望４个方面，对中医肝脏生理病理的现代实验研究进行了述评。认为中医学与西医学在肝脏的生理病理认识方面，有许多相似性和不同之处。对中医药的研究要进行创造性的探索，如将现代科学技术与中医特长相结合，以分子和超微结构病理学为基础，并注重宏观整体治疗，必能显示出诊治肝病的优势。This article reviews the modern experimental studies of physiology and pathology of the liver in TCM concepts,including the following respects: understanding of the liver,differentiation of the common liver syndromes,studies Of TCM liver diseases,and prospect of liver disease studies.There are some similarities and differences between TCM and Western medicine in understanding the liver.The modern medical techniques should combine with unique traditional Chinese ones,and medical workers should pay attention both to molecular and ultrastructural pathology of the liver and the traditional Chinese concepts about liver diseases.If so,the treatment of liver diseases will surely achieve better results.
