摘　　要：我校药理教研室针对国内外市场对护理专业应用型人才的需求,探索了一系列药理学教学改革的举措:积极推广双语教学、大胆改革药理学实验教学、合理使用现代化教育教学技术等。The staff of our Pharmacology Teaching and Research Section has taken a series of measures to reform the pharmacological teaching methods to meet the requirements of the market for the talented persons,such as：adopting bilingual teaching method;reforming pharmacology experimental teaching methods;applying modernized teaching techniques etc.
