摘　　要：本文就如何培养实习生正确的临床思维能力,提高实践操作技能,怎样处理好医患关系等方面来探讨外科学的实习带教问题。Surgical science is one of the chief courses in medical college. The teaching quality of clinical practice has a great influence on the trainees whether they can become qualified doctors as quickly as they can. This paper discusses mainly how to develop the students＇ scientific clinical thinking ability, enhance basic operating skills and deal with the relationship between doctors and patients.
