摘　　要：藏区赔命价习俗具有恢复正义、经济伦理两大价值取向。也正是这两大取向,决定了赔命价习俗在藏区源远流长,至今仍具有顽强的生命力。The Peimingjia(life compensation price)custom in Tibetan areas possesses two values of restoring justice and economic ethics.It is just these two values that determine the long his history and the strong vitality of this custom.
