摘　　要：本文依据协整理论,利用向量误差修正模型,对中国金融结构与产业结构、经济结构之间的关系进行了实证研究。Granger因果检验的结果表明,中国正处于从转轨经济向成熟的市场经济过渡的发展阶段。同时,中国的金融结构与经济结构之间存在不协调。据此我们得出了相应的政策含义。Based on cointegration theory, this article investigates the relationship among the financial structure, the industrial one and the economic one in China by using vector error correction model. The results from Granger causality tests indicate that China is developing from a less-developed country to a mature marketing one and there is some disharmony between the financial structure and the economic one. Finally, we put forward some policies for China＇s transforming the financial structure.
