摘  要:目的建立同时测定复方锌布颗粒中马来酸氯苯那敏和布洛芬的含量的方法。方法采用Alltech C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈.醋酸钠缓冲液(醋酸钠6.13g,加水750ml使溶解,用冰醋酸调节pH至4.0)-异丙醇(50:45:5)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长263nm。结果马来酸氯苯那敏、布洛芬线性范围分别为31.65—84.4、2254.65~6012.4μg·ml^-1,平均回收率分别为99.42%和99.06%。结论本方法可快速准确地检测复方锌布颗粒中的马来酸氯苯那敏和布洛芬。AIM To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorphenamine maleate and ibuprofen in compound zinc glueonate and ibuprofen granules. METHOD The sepration was performed on a Alltech Alltima C18 eolumn (250 mm ×4.6mm,5μm). Aeetonitrile -sodium acetate buffer(dissolving 6.13 g sodium acetate in 750ml water,pH was adjusted to 4,0 by HOAc) -isopropyl aleohol (50 :45:5) was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and the UV detector wavelength was set at 263urn.RESULTS The linear ranges were 31.65 - 84.4μg·ml^-1 for ehlorphenamine maleate, 2254.65 - 6012.4 μg·ml^-1 for ibuprofen. Their average recoveries were 99.42% and 99.06%. CONCLUSION The method is rapid and aeeurate for the dexermination of the content of compound zinc glueonate and ibuprofen granules.
