摘　　要：反思我国现行成年人监护制度,参考国外立法动态,我国应废止家长式的行为能力宣告制度,引进尊重被监护人的自我决定权的任意监护制度与法定监护制度并存,拓宽成年人监护制度的适用范围,增加监护方法以构建适应客观需要的成年人监护制度。Reconsidering our country＇s present adult guardianship system, and referring to legislation tendency of other country, our country should abolish guardian＇s -like capacity announcement system, introduct respect coexists by guardian＇s self- decision-making power free guardianship system , open up its applicable scope, increase guardianship methods to construct our country＇s new adult guardianship system.
