摘　　要：用电镜对鸡传染性喉气管炎病毒(ILTV)强毒(王岗株)、弱毒(疫苗株)感染鸡胚肾细胞进行了观察。观察列一些特殊的毒浆结构、管状结构及呈"二分裂相"的核衣壳结构、探讨它们形成的可能机制和功能,描述了核内、胞质中核衣壳获得囊膜的可能过程。发现ILTV可能存在胞质装配途径。通过电镜手段比较了强、弱毒株正在感染细胞内增殖差异情况。The development of infectious laryngotracheitis virus (ILTV)virulent(Wang gang strain)and attenuated straine (vaccine)from the cells of chick embryo kiney(CEK)is studies using electron microscope in the article. Some special viroplast and tubular structures with a filament runing through each tube in host nucleus, in cytoplasm, another kind of tubular struetures without filaments and an uniqe nucleocapsid structure of the binary division phenomenon was observed. The possible mechanism and function of their formation is discussed. The possible process of acquired envelopment is discribed. It is discoved that there is the possible assembly pathway for ILTV in cytoplasm. The multiplication difference between the virulent and attenuated strains in infected cells are compared with electron microscope.
