摘 要:目的研究正常人听觉诱发电位P50的特征。方法应用美国Nicolet Bravo脑电生理仪,采用条件刺激(S1)-测试刺激(S2)模式对92名健康受试者进行听觉诱发电位P50检测。结果正常人S1-PS0潜伏期(60.9±12.7)ms,波幅(5.4±3.4)μV;S2-P50潜伏期(66.1±12.5)ms,波幅(2.0±1.4)μV;S2-P50波幅显著低于S1-P50波幅(P〈0.01)。S2/S1波幅比值(45.4±24.6)%,其95%可信区间42.7%~48.1%;波幅S1-S2和100(1-S2/S1)分别为(3.2±2.9)μV和(54.3±24.6)%,95%可信区间分别为2.8~3.5μV和51.6%~57.0%。男女间S1-P50与S2-P50的潜伏期和波幅无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论听觉诱发电位P50是反映大脑感觉门功能状态指标,其较佳表达式是波幅S1-S2和100(1-S2/S1)两种结合。Objective To observe the characteristics of auditory evoked potential P50 in normal controls. Methods Auditory evoked potentials P50 were recorded in 92 normal controls by the conditioning( S1 )/testing( S2 ) paradigm presented with auditory double clicks stimuli, using American Nicolet Bravo instrument. Results The peak latency and amplitude of S1-P50 from Cz site were (60.9 ± 12.7 ) ms and (5.4 ± 3.4)μV, and the peak latency and amplitude of S2-P50 from Cz site were (66.1 ±12.5) ms and (2.0 ±1.4)μV. The amplitude of S2-P50 reduced significantly as compared with that of S1-P50 (P 〈0.01 ). The S2/S1 ratio and its 95% confidence interval were (45.4 ± 24.6)% and 42.7%-48.1%. The normal ranges of S1-S2 and 100(1-S2/S1) were (3.2±2.9)μV and (54.3 ± 24.6) % , and their 95% confidence intervals were 2.8 - 3.5 μV and 51.6%- 57.0%. There were no significant differences between male and female groups in the P50 amplitude and latency. Conclusion Auditory evoked potential P50 might be a new index of brain sensory gating, and S1 -S2 and 100( 1 -S2/S1 ) are the optimal formula of P50.
