摘　　要：Western印迹方法测定脂联素与瘦素对小鼠巨噬细胞(PM)中p-ERK1/2、p-p38以及p-JNK的表达情况,用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)测定TNF-αmRNA的表达水平,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定培养上清中TNF-α蛋白的分泌量。发现脂联素在小鼠PM中通过抑制ERK1/2、p38 MAPK信号转导通路而抑制瘦素诱导的TNF-α表达。After treatment with adiponectin and leptin, the phosphorylation of ERK1/2, p38 and JNK were determined by Western blot and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） was used to measure the expression of TNF-α mRNA in murine peritoneal macrophages （PM）. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the production of TNF-α protein in the cell culture. The results suggest that adiponectin inhibits inflammatory cytokine TNF-α production induced by leptin via simultaneously suppressing ERK1/2 and p38 signal pathway in murine PM.
