摘　　要：用不同浓度葡萄糖和胰岛素干预人近端肾小管上皮细胞(HK-2),ELISA法测培养液上清中TGF-β_1浓度,RT-PCR检测HK-2细胞中TGF-β_1 mRNA表达水平。结果显示高浓度葡萄糖和胰岛素通过不同途径上调HK-2细胞TGF-β_1的表达。HK-2 cells were cultured with various concentrations of glucose and insulin for 12, 24, 48, 72 h. Transforming growth factor-β1 （TGF-β1） protein in supernatant was measured by ELISA, while TGF-β1 mINA expression was assessed by RT-PCR. Data showed that high concentration of glucose and insulin up-regulated the expression of TGF-β1 in HK-2 cells through different pathways.
