摘　　要：对德国汉诺威大学发明的汉诺威焊接质量分析系统进行二次应用开发,以汉诺威焊接质量分析系统获得数据信息为基础,提出对钛钙型、低氢型结构钢焊条、不锈钢焊条以及药芯焊丝工艺性进行评估的判据,可对焊接材料工艺性进行科学评价。The Analysator Hannover,which is invented by Hannover University ,Germany,is further developed to widen its application .The captured data from Analysator Hannover are the basis of the criterion to evaluating the usability of weldling consumables for the lime titania type ,low hydrogen type construction steel covered electrodes ,stainless steel covered electrode and flux-cored wires,etc,a scientific evaluation of the usability of welding consumable can be accomplished.
