摘 要:实验研究了原砂对酯硬化水玻璃砂性能的影响,原砂的粒形、耗酸值、粒度影响水玻璃型砂的强度和可使用时间。原砂的粒形好,耗酸值低,则由其混制的型砂强度高。原砂的粒形相近时,其耗酸值低则型砂的强度高;同一种原砂,其粒度粗,型砂的强度高。原砂的耗酸值低,由其混制的水玻璃砂可使用时间长。The effects of base sandon the properties of ester cured sodium silicate sand were studied, The results indicate that the grain shape, acid request value and grain size of base sand influence the tensile strength and bench life of sodium silicate bonded sands. Better grain shape and lower acid request value of base sandgain can obtain higher tensile strength. When the grain shapes of base sands are close, the higher tensile strength of molding sands can be obtained as acid request value is lower; for the same kind of base sand, the coarser grain size is beneficial for higher tensile strength. The lower acid request value is, the longer the bench life of sodium silicate bonded sands is.
