中药凉血活血复方治疗银屑病133例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:开发有效治疗银屑病的中药方剂,观察凉血活血复方治疗银屑病的疗效。方法:给予银屑病患者口服凉血活血复方水煎剂,每日2次,疗程4～8周。采用银屑病皮损面积及严重度指数(PASI)评分法判定疗效。结果:治疗4周时痊愈率为9.77%,有效率为55.63%;治疗8周时痊愈率为30.08%,有效率为72.18%。结论:凉血活血复方治疗银屑病有较好疗效。Objective： The cooling blood and activating blood circulation formula which was developed through animal experiment was used to treat psoriasis vulgaris, and the therapeutic effects were observed. We intended to develop new effective formulas of traditional Chinese drugs in treating psoriasis. Methods： All cases of psoriasis vulgaris were treated with the cooling blood and activating blood circulation formula, one dose each time, twice daily. The therapeutic effects were investigated with PASI scores at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after using the drugs. The serum ET-1 and plasma sE-selectin levels of 20 cases were determined both before and after treatment. Results： After 4 weeks treatment, the cure rate was 9.77% and effective rate was 55.63%. After 8 weeks treatment, the cure rate was 30.08% and effective rate 72.18%. Conclusions： The results show the therapeutic effects of the cooling blood and activating blood circulation formula on psoriasis vulgaris are significant.
