摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了5种稀土(Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Dy)掺杂TiO2光催化薄膜,研究了稀土掺杂量、镀膜层数、烧结温度和烧结时间对光催化活性的影响.结果表明,各因素对材料的催化活性均存在一最佳值.薄膜中仅含TiO2而未见稀土氧化物,除掺镨TiO2薄膜完全由金红石相组成外,其余均由锐钛矿相和金红石相的混晶组成,其中金红石相所占比例较大,薄膜表面均存在大量缺陷;稀土掺杂TiO2薄膜对罗丹明B的光降解率可达89.3%.稀土掺杂TiO2显著提高了TiO2对可见光的响应能力,提高了材料的光催化活性.Doping with five rare earth elements(Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu and Dy) respectively, a series of TiO2 films were prepared by sol-gel process. Based on the photodegradative ratio of Rhodamine B, the effects of RE doping amounts, the number of film coatings, the roasting temperature and the roasting time on the photocatalytic activity were investigated, and the respective optimum conditions for preparing the five types of RE doped TiO2 films mentioned above were obtained. All these films, on which there exists large amount of defects, contain only TiO2 but no any rare earth oxides and their structures are less anatase and more rutile phase, except that Pr-doped TiO2 is completely composed by rutile phase. Among these RE doped TiO2 films, the highest photocatalytic activity is obtained by Eu-doped TiO2 film since the photodegradative ratio of Rhodamine B is 89.3%. Comparing with pure TiO2 film, rare earth doping significantly increases the photocatalytic activity due to the higher response to visible light.
