摘 要:用共沉淀法合成了具有单一的立方型钙钛矿结构的新型阴极材料Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ,研究了材料的电导率和热膨胀系效与温度的关系.结果表明,前驱体在1100℃煅烧3 h后形成具有单一的立方型钙钛矿结构尺寸小于1μm的Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ粉末;在500-600℃致密材料的电导率高于100 S/cm,热膨胀系效随着温度的升高从13.62×10-6逐渐增大到18.75×10-6,当温度超过700℃后急剧增大.致密材料热膨胀系数在高温下剧增的主要原因是材料中比较大的氧损失.The new type cathode material Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ was synthesized by coprecipitation method and the dependences of the electrical conductivity and thermal expansion coefficients on temperatures were investigated. The results showed that the precursors transformed to the pure cubic perovskite structure after calcined at 1100℃ for 3 h, and the particles size of Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ powders was less than 1 μm. The electrical conductivities were above 100 S/cm during 500-600 ℃. The thermal expansion coefficient increased from 13.62×10^-6/℃ to 18.75×10^-6/℃ gradually with temperature increasing from 100 ℃ to 600 ℃. However, the thermal expansion coefficient increases sharply above 700 ℃, The non-linearity increase at high temperature can be attributed to larger oxygen loss at high temperature.
