灸疗联合中药对Sjgren综合征泪腺分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨灸疗联合中药对Sjgren综合征泪腺分泌功能的影响。方法通过病理形态学手段和泪腺细胞凋亡记数方法观察灸疗联合中药对NOD小鼠泪腺组织结构的影响。结果灸疗中药组和中药组具有改善泪腺炎症状态,促进泪液分泌功能、减轻肥大细胞脱颗粒状态,具有抑制泪腺细胞凋亡的作用。结论灸疗联合中药对Sjgren综合征泪腺分泌功能具有保护作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the mechanism of treatment of moxibustion combined with traditional medicine for lacrimal gland secretion of NOD mouse with Sjoegren syndrome. METHODS The tissue structure of lacrimal gland of NOD mouse and counting of lacrimal apoptosis, which were treated by moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine was observed through pathomorphology. RESULTS Both of the two groups, which include the moxibustion Chinese medicine group and the Chinese medicine group, can improve the inflammation state of lacrimal gland, mote lacrimal secretion, reduce degranulation state of mastocyte and inhibit lacrimal apoptosis. CONCLUSIONS pro- The treatment of moxibustion combined with traditional medicine could have protective effect on the lacrimal gland secretion of NOD mouse with Sjoegren syndrome.
