摘　　要：目的:研究2型糖尿病患者内皮细胞形态方面的变化。方法:对111例(111眼)2型糖尿病患者眼及109例(109眼)老年性白内障患者眼的角膜内皮细胞形态进行比较研究。结果:糖尿病患组较对照组角膜内皮细胞密度,细胞面积变异系数。六角形细胞比率差异无显著性(P>0·05)。结论:糖尿病患者角膜内皮细胞形态结构与同年龄段正常对照组比较无明显异常,考虑地域、种族、测量方法等因素影响,建议采用循证医学的方法对目前糖尿病角膜内皮细胞形态结构进行分析。Objective： To study the morphologic changes of corneal endothelium in type Ⅱ diabetics mellitus. Methods：Comeal endothelial cell density （CD）, coefficiency of variation （CV） and percentage of hexagonal cells （6A） were studied in 111 eyes with diabetes and 109 control eyes. Results： There were no differences in the percentage of hexagonal cells and the coefficiency of variation between diabetic group and age- matched nondiabetic group. Conelution： No significant differences were found beween endothelial morphology of diabetic group and nondiabetic one, but, if such factors as region race, and method of study were considered, the cochrane method was suggested in analyzing the corneal endothelium.
