心理素质训练对电子对抗兵人际交往的影响

摘　　要：目的研究心理素质训练对电子对抗兵人际交往的影响。方法采用社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD)、交流恐惧自陈量表(PRCA-24)、容纳他人量表对电子对抗部队294名军人进行测试后,随机抽样分组,训练组120人,对照组140人。训练组以《军人心理素质训练》为教材,除日常的军政训练外,增加心理素质训练;对照组仅进行日常的军政训练。结果①心理素质训练后,训练组军人社交焦虑、社交总分、会议恐惧及公众恐惧4因子的差值分与对照组相比差异显著(P<0·05,P<0·01);②训练组士兵社交焦虑和会议恐惧因子的差值分与对照组相比差异显著(P<0·05,P<0·01);③训练组士官社交回避、社交焦虑及社交总分3因子的差值分与对照组相比差异显著(P<0·05,P<0·01);④训练组军官会议恐惧和恐惧总分因子的差值分与对照组相比差异显著(P<0·05,P<0·01)。结论心理素质训练对电子对抗兵人际交往有影响。不同层次的军人训练效果不尽相同。Objective To study the effects of mental quality training on interpersonal communication of electronic countermeasure servicemen. Methods Totally 294 servicemen were tested by SAD （Social Avoidance and Distress Scale） , PRCA-24 （Personal Report of Communication Apprehension） and Acceptance of Others, then divided into training group （ n = 120） and control group （ n = 140）. The training group were trained based on the book-Mental Quality Training of Servicemen besides daily routine training, and the control group received no mental quality training. Results Between the training group and the control group after training, there were statistical differences in social anxiety, social total score, conference and public dread in the servicemen （P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ） , in social anxiety and conference dread in the soldiers （P 〈0.05, P 〈 0.01 ） , in social avoidance, social anxiety and social total score in the sergeants （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ） , in conference dread and dread total score in the officers （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The mental quality training has positive effect on interpersonal communication of electronic countermeasure servicemen and the effect is various among the servicemen of different rank.
